Jane Dring, Intervention Coach
Jane Dring, founder of Project Three Sixty has delivered wellbeing and employability projects since 2011, whilst working frontline with individuals who have been through the criminal justice system. A qualified coach and counselor in training, Jane is extremely passionate about empowering each person she works with. Jane excels in increasing confidence and self-esteem whilsts supporting each person she works with to create positive change in their life.
Mac Pemhiwa, Boxing Coach
Mac Pemhiwa is our boxing coach, a professional boxer and anti knife crime activist. Starting boxing at the age of 18 and turning professional in 2019, boxing gave Mac the opportunity to better his life and others through the discipline the sport installed in him. Macs anti knife journey began after seeing an increase in knife crime in and around Southend. Mac utilises his platform to better others, especially young people in Essex through boxing and education to keep them safe.
Sonny Green, Musician/ Artist
Sonny Green founder of Trouble Tongues CIC. Teaches the creative art forms of spoken word and songwriting. Empowering people using words and writing techniques, to overcome challenging circumstances and improving their overall mental health. Sonny is a successful musician, having had his music played on BBC Radio 1 track of the week, Sonny frequently travels playing festivals and live shows.
Louise Hunt, Intervention Coach
Louise Hunt has over 15 years of experience supporting and empowering young people locally in Southend. She has a passion for being outdoors and getting active, from foraging to hiking and truly believes connecting to nature can improve our own mental wellbeing.
As well as being a qualified photographer who loves art and design, Louise is passionate about improving the lives of others using creativity and nature and helping people to believe in themselves to make change happen.
