Jane Dring, Intervention Coach
Jane Dring, founder of Project Three Sixty has delivered wellbeing and employability projects since 2011, whilst working frontline with individuals who have been through the criminal justice system. A qualified coach and counselor in training, Jane is extremely passionate about empowering each person she works with. Jane excels in increasing confidence and self-esteem whilsts supporting each person she works with to create positive change in their life.
Zac Dorne, Music Producer
From an early age Zac has been fascinated by the idea of creating and experimenting with sound. Starting as a drummer from a young age and tinkering with all manner of instruments relentlessly throughout his life, Zac now runs an independent recording studio/record label and publishing company. Zacs journey has grown out of the necessity to create and release music of his own into the industry.
Eleni Savvides, Counsellor
Eleni brings a wealth of therapy experience, having worked with HMP Chelmsford, Childline, The NHS and several charities, including supporting those who have experienced sexual violence. Eleni also brings 20 years of teaching experience, working in challenging environments.
Charlotte Rogerson, Intervention Coach
Charlotte is a qualified coach who thrives on building relationships based on trust. She works with clients backstories which provides insight and understanding as to why someone feels the way they feel and supports them in exploring their past and creating a better future for themselves. Charlotte’s passion lies in the mental health field and she is currently completing a postgraduate MA in Art and Child psychotherapy
Sonny Green, Musician/ Artist
Sonny Green founder of Trouble Tongues CIC. Teaches the creative art forms of spoken word and songwriting. Empowering people using words and writing techniques, to overcome challenging circumstances and improving their overall mental health. Sonny is a successful musician, having had his music played on BBC Radio 1 track of the week, Sonny frequently travels playing festivals and live shows.
Ian Gray, Intervention Coach
Ian had a full career in the Civil Service, holding senior positions in the criminal justice system. Since then, Ian has dedicated his time to support others in the community, including advocate roles and employability training and mentoring.Ian also works with offenders as they settle back into the community. Ian’s passion is helping people develop positive choices in their lives.
